I had a rather complicated situation with replacing a range hood insert, and other appliance stores couldn’t, or didn’t want, to help. Mike at Sutton spent a lot of time speaking with me and helping me find the right solution, which I very much appreciated. He sent two great installers to do the job, and everything was a success. This is an amazing repair company. I used them once before for a dishwasher repair, and there had been some miscommunication with the administrative staff on the phone. I unexpectedly received a call from the company owner to apologize for this and to make amends. In the past couple of weeks, I’ve been dealing with a broken microwave. Due to its unusual design, the fuse that needed to be replaced was not accessible without taking the whole unit down from above the stove. However, due to the ingenuity of the service manager who attended the appointment, he was able to access the fuse through a small hole the front of the unit. I watched the whole thing. He exhibited the skills of a surgeon. It saved an incredible amount of time and labour and, of course, money These guys are just great. It is clear that they are very interested in customer satisfaction. Their communication, honesty and integrity is unmatched. I won’t be using anybody else for appliance repairs

I got to know Elite Appliance via LG customer service. My dishwasher was out of service and we initially tried to fix the issue ourselves through YouTube sharing, and ended up reaching out to LG as we couldn’t solve it after multiple attempts. I selected Elite Appliance as Google rate was high, and I am not disappointed as David (assigned technician) identified the problem and fixed our dishwasher. work order number :545800 Recently bought Frigidaires French door fridge was installed last week and I observed that the door of the fridge was misaligned and there was something wrong with the fridge settings. I called elite appliance and they sent their technician (Wes)over to my place in two business days. Luckily the technician was really helpful and professional . I am glad the problem is resolved.
