Excellent service. It was my first time visiting this shop. I booked my service easily online and dropped my car off after hours. They have a place to safely leave a key and a note about your car. I had a call promptly at the time of my scheduled appt, and again when the service was done. I received a detailed report with pictures and explanations of what my car needed, which they later walked through with me on the phone. As someone who is not super familiar with cars, I found this feature extra helpful. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative! Thanks again 🙂

After realizing we had a low tire when leaving the hospital, we drove over to this centre to see if they could pump it since we had an hour long drive home. They were very accommodating and offered to fix the leak right then. Even with full bays they fixed the tire in the lot. We were met with wonderful customer service. While the service was being done we were offered water and a snack for the wait. Quick and friendly! Definitely recommend 🙂

Truly amazing service and the quality of paint repair genuinely impressed me! I took my Jetta in for a paint repair after getting rear-ended. When my daughter kinda badly scratched/dented the side of her car in an underground parking lot (who can’t relate to that?), she took it to several places for repair quotes. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I can’t recommend oakland enough. I drive a brand new Camry TRD that was the victim of a couple unfortunate scratches and chips within the last month. Oakland fixed them within 2 days, it looks brand new! AND they washed my car interior and exterior. It hasn’t looked this shiny since the day I picked it up from the dealership!! Ed, Domenic, and Grace are the most down to earth, personable people, which makes daunting things such a car repairs, so much easier!! Thank you guys again for fixing up my baby!!
