Worked with Dushan on vinyl planks and installation. Purchase and quote process was good. Scheduling was also good. Delivery and installation scheduled in the next 2 weeks. They are removing ceramic tile first. We will see how it goes. Was prompted to provide a review prior to installation.

I had a great experience dealing with Kosco Flooring.

I walked into the store and was greeted by Ogi, we discussed what I was interested in and the day after he came to my condo with some hardwood flooring options and to take measurements.

On the day of the install, the installers were punctual and quick to get the work done. They disposed of the old carpets and proceeded to install the hardwood. The work only took 1 day.

I’m pleased with the work and highly recommend Kosco flooring.

This one is a ‘gold-standard’ experience from End of the Roll – Burlington location. I had previously gone to another EOTR location in Mississauga and then Home Depot, my experience at both was horrid. I had visited this location in the past and it’s about +50kms away and in another city, I took my chances and called them on a Saturday in a massively bad situation. Did not want to shampoo our carpets and had family visiting from overseas on Monday.

So called in and Joel at the location was outstanding, he asked if I could come in right away. Once at the location, he took time to understand my requirements – showed me some great options, both quality and cost-wise and then made arrangements for the carpet to be installed on Monday (no short of moving mountains).

We had the sizing expert come in the same day to confirm sizing and then installers were in on Monday as promised. I’m still to this day amazed and impressed by this man’s commitment to ensuring we got the best price, excellent quality carpet, and excellent installers coming in to install in time.

Luckily for us, my Uncle’s flight was delayed by 2 hours so we picked him up and brought him to a cleaned up brand new carpet!

I recently hired Juma Flooring & Reno to install a kitchen backsplash and repair the basement floor with new flooring. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Despite the basement project requiring a lot of prep work, Muhammad and his team didn’t shy away from the challenge. Juma Flooring installed new hardwood vinyl flooring for my condo. They were prompt, hard working and done in a timely manner. My condo is small (600 sq.ft), with a lot of furniture jammed in (even after getting rid of extra furniture), yet they were careful when moving things around. They also suggested a different colour of even higher grade vinyl planks for the bedroom so would further enhance the look of the residence where they installed the new transition pieces. The new shoe moulding they installed between the baseboard and tile all around gave an extra nice finished look.
Cleaned up well and provided some extra caulking to some door holes created that I damaged. The overall price was also reasonable.

All in all I’m glad I called Juma Flooring and would recommend to anyone with flooring needs. They would be the first place I would call for any flooring needs in the future.

George in the showroom was more than helpful and answered questions above what I’m sure his job required. Price was fair and we were able to bring home samples to “try on” some carpet before deciding. Scheduling was quick and easy.

Day of installation Mustafa came in right on time and was so fast and so professional. He did the whole thing in like an hour and it looks so, so good.
