We contacted Gerry’s Roofing as the roof on the house was going to be replaced soon (October 2025). From the initial quote, there was no pressure to sign with them, the sales rep made a few suggestions that helped us decide what we needed (roof colour and shingle brand).
We chose to use Gerry’s Roofing as they offered a great warranty, as well as offering a competitive price. They aren’t the cheapest, but the price was more realistic wit the size of roof we have.
The job was sligtly delayed due to weather, being late fall it was no surprise, but the roof replacement started a day later. The crew was great (Wes and crew), all very professional, and easy to work with. they did a great job, the roof looks amazing. The one issue that did come up was the plywood in the upper roof had dry rot and mould as there were some things installed incorrectly from a previous owner. The plywood wasn’t the cheapest it was quoted a little high, but i opted to replace it as i know the new roof could have blown off if the old plywood was kept. They also reclipped a gutter on the back side of the house that was sagging severely, and installed new exhaust hoses for my bathroom exhaust fans while they replaced the plywood, I was very happy with that as well.
The only thing not completed was a final inspectiion as the snow came early this year, and I hope to see the project manager back for that in the spring.
So far the roof is doing it’s job, there are no leaks, and it looks great.

He thoroughly explained things to me on the phone to ensure I knew what repair and cost would be, and also took the time to walk me through the process when I got to the shop. Second time we have hired Dean to take care of our window and door needs at a rental property. Had two new windows installed, a man door and two storm doors. Dean really knows his stuff, he took the time to explain all the Door lingo & answer all our questions about vented door options, which really helped us compare quotes/warranties. His quote was fair, correct (rare) & sent promptly (rarer).

Troy is an easy going guy & did great work. We had a bit of an install issue: door came 1/4″ too tall + wonky old 1900 house = door wouldn’t open lol. He laid out our options, and we decided to not to reorder (and install again late Dec/Jan) and just have him pull off and redo the top drywall.

Michelle is super friendly and communication was great throughout, she was able to schedule Troy back twice the next few weeks to mud then sand.

Having the new door this cold Nov has been great. 100% recommend.
