I’ve been going to Spectrum Eye Care for yearly appointments with Dr. Mariella since they moved to the Stoney Creek Location, and had been to their previous location before that. My Daughter sees Dr. Moeinifar (since she was discharged from the specialist at McMaster Children’s Hospital a few years ago). I have been very pleased with their thoroughness in our exams due to my risk factors and my daughter’s unusual eye condition (nearsightedness in one eye, and farsightedness in the other). I also love the variety of frames they sell (there are some great colours as well as muted and natural tones for different tastes and styles). I have decided to try IPL and RF (intense pulsed light therapy and radio frequency) for my dry eyes and will update after my treatments.
I had an amazing experience at this office! Lauren and Mariam were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit, with great communication that made the whole process smooth. I spoke to almost everyone working that day and they were all very helpful to me- and from what I could see everyone else who was in the room to attend an appointment.
The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I wanted to learn about my eye health. I really appreciated how they made sure I felt educated. This place came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and I can see why! I will definitely be coming here from now on.
