Finding quality walk-in medical care in Hamilton shouldn’t be a guessing game. After analyzing dozens of clinics across the city, I’ve narrowed down the field to those that consistently deliver—places with ratings above 4.3 and at least 20 verified patient reviews.
What struck me most about Hamilton’s walk-in clinic landscape is how much technology has changed the game. Some clinics now use real-time notifications to cut down wait times, while others have embraced comprehensive e-medical systems. It’s a far cry from the old days of sitting in a waiting room with no idea when you’d be seen.
The competition has pushed standards higher too. Most of the top-rated clinics are fully accessible, accept new patients, and many offer same-day service without appointments. That’s good news for anyone who needs medical care on short notice.

Customer Reviews:
I have never written a review for any doctor and I think this clinic deserves one from me. The receptionists were both polite and helpful. Since I did not have an appointment, I was told that they were about 3 people ahead of me and that, I appreciated.
I requested to be seen by a female doctor and they accomodated my request. Dr Enebeli was sincerely interested in my concerns, polite, respectful and listened to what I had to say. Before she diagnosed me, she requested my medical history reports from my pharmacy, my soon to be previous family doctor and specialists that have been attending me and booked me for a follow up appointment within a reasonable timeframe. I really liked that she wanted to know my medical history before prescribing me anything.
I think I finally found a good doctor closer to where I live.
The only area of improvement I could point out are the floors in the waiting area. They really need attention. I am sure this is something that the practice can easily fix and does not really affect the excellent healthcare offered by the clinic.
My appointment today was fantastic. Azra was great with my prep and the appointments were excellent.
They take the time to really listen and that was paramount for today. So very glad to have this office so close to home.
Thank you Drella Medical Team!!!

We happy to bring our son there!
2025
Adding a new review to my old one, to express my gratitudeto the front desk gentlemen and the doctor at the clinic.
We had an excellent experience with Dr. Michiels today. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. What I especially appreciated was the way he spoke directly to my teenage daughter, making sure she understood and felt comfortable. He not only addressed our concerns but also took the opportunity to educate her, which was very reassuring for both of us. His professionalism, patience, and approachable manner made the visit a very positive one. I would highly recommend Dr.Michels!
2020. I have been a patient in the clinic for almost a decade. The new location is very well maintained and organized. The service provided is fast and very efficient. The lady at the reception is very polite and helpful. Visits are easy to schedule and the waiting time is very reasonable.
Dr.Hughes and Dr.Bassam Al-Anee are both very caring, very respectful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Customer Reviews:
Everytime I come here I am listened to, shown empathy and taken seriously. Tests are ordered and I didn’t have to plead my case for further investigations. What an amazing, physician. There aren’t many like him around. Thank you
Dr Tadros has been my family doctor since he opened his clinic in Hamilton. My name appears as Barty on the review, my last name is Birrell. Dr. Tadros is a kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable doctor who spends time with his patients and address all our concerns now matter how busy the clinic is. He is never rushed or impatient. His office follows up immediately with referrals, and my son has an appointment with a sleep clinic for March that was booked almost immediately after I addressed the concern. I also required a bone density scan and it was done very quickly. I reqired multiple immunzations and tb tests for school on a short timeline and all were accomodated well before the schools due date. The pharmacy staff are all knowledgeable and very friendly as well. By far the best care clinic I have ever been to for myself and my family. Highly reccomend.
